The indoor pool was great and clean, perfect for family fun. The breakfast options were pretty limited and could use improvement. Noticed some maintenance issues in the bathroom, too.

I loved that this hotel was just a quick 2-minute drive from the casino and a variety of dining options, plus there are charming places like Oconaluftee Island Park and the Cherokee Heritage Museum only a short stroll away, making it easy to soak in the local culture and nature; the room was clean and the indoor pool warmed my spirits after long walks in the city. But the breakfast could use more options to make it a bit more satisfying.

The indoor pool area is nice, and the staff is friendly. The room had a strange odor upon entering.

Comfortable beds, comfortable atmosphere with friendly staff who made us feel welcome and a superb indoor pool and spa that added extra relaxation to our stay.
Nothing it was perfect.

The room was missing basic essentials like towels, and it had a weird smell. Plus, the lack of lighting around the entrance made it feel unsafe coming back at night. Definitely won't return.

The staff is friendly and super helpful. The indoor pool and hot tub are clean and maintained, making it a perfect spot to unwind after a long day.
Breakfast options were basically nonexistent.

The beds were firm and easy to sleep on. The staff really went out of their way to help us with our needs.
It wasn’t the cheapest option, but it’s still fair for what you get.

Smart choice for short stay in Cherokee with real value for money. Indoor pool and hot tub were great.

The staff was friendly and accommodating, making our arrival pleasant. The location was great, allowing easy access to hiking and local spots. my experience was marred by some maintenance issues; the room had a strange smell, and I noticed bugs. The bathroom needed attention, and the hot tub was out of order. A troubling incident with front desk staff regarding charges for my aunt's accident left a sour taste. Despite the comfortable beds and decent water pressure, the lack of proper upkeep makes me hesitant to return.

Our family had a fantastic time exploring the designated trails managed by Cherokee Fish and Game Management. The stunning views and opportunities for horseback riding at Smokemont Riding Stables made our vacation truly unforgettable.
My wife says that more family-friendly activities would enhance the experience.

I loved the comfy rooms that felt like a warm hug after a day of exploring! The indoor pool was a splash of fun, and the staff made me feel right at home with their friendly smiles. Breakfast was a delightful start to my mornings, thanks to the sweetest lady overseeing it all!
can recommend 🥰❤️

The bed was firm and the room was generally clean, but I found the heater's knob was missing, making temperature control difficult. The television had persistent white lines on the screen, which was distracting. Unfortunately, we heard scratching noises in the walls at night, which was unsettling. One of our key cards didn’t function, adding to our frustrations. The fridge's knob was also missing, leaving our drinks at room temperature. While the indoor pool and hot tub were nice amenities, the overall comfort of the room could use some improvement for a better experience.

Checked in quickly by a friendly lady at the front desk. Our clean room was budget-friendly and included an indoor pool and hot tub. Conveniently located near fast food spots and gas stations with a short drive to the casino.
Outside areas were unkempt, and there was a noticeable smell in the hallways.

The staff here shines. Friendly, professional, and genuinely eager to assist. Housekeeping is top-notch; the rooms are spotless, with no bugs in sight. The bed height is ideal, and the spacious bathroom offers separate controls for light and fan. some issues require attention. The overnight staff need training in customer service. A misunderstanding led to an unjust charge, and the handling of sensitive situations could be more empathetic. The hot tub was out of order during our stay, which was disappointing after a long drive. Misleading photos and infrastructure needs enhancement. With improvements in management and facilities, this could be an exceptional experience.

The heated pool and hot tub at Smoky Mountain Inn & Suites were a delight, especially amid the cool fall weather. We appreciated the cleanliness of the water, and having the space to ourselves made it even more special. Staff friendliness added to the pleasant experience!

Had a nice and secluded location away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Cherokee. The hotel is conveniently located only about 5-10 minutes away from Harrah's Casino, making it a great choice for those visiting the casino. The indoor pool and hot tub were enjoyable amenities during our stay, perfect for relaxing after a day of hiking in the snow.
The cleanliness of the hotel left something to be desired, with noticeable dirt in corners and a musty smell in the room upon arrival. The lackluster breakfast options, with limited choices and no meat, was disappointing.

Let's start with the good stuff , the garden furniture was a nice touch for enjoying the outdoors and the flat, screen TV was great for some evening relaxation. But, there were a few things that could use some improvement. The air conditioning unit was quite old and made a knocking sound that woke me up at one point, forcing me to turn it off. The carpeted floor seemed a bit dated, and the free toiletries provided were very basic. On the upside, the housekeeping was decent, and the am/fm alarm clock was handy for early mornings. the lack of variety in tea and coffee facilities was a bit disappointing, and the overall breakfast spread was underwhelming , no fresh or hot options available. my stay at Smoky Mountain had its ups and downs. The cozy garden furniture and flat, screen TV were nice touches, but the outdated air conditioning unit and mediocre breakfast left something to be desired.

I could've mistaken it for Downton Abbey. Best pillows ever, like fluffy clouds. The mattresses were probably made by unicorns. Didn't know stepping on a snake was part of my Great Smoky Mountains adventure.
I didn't know I had to bring my own royal blankets.

My friends and I had a blast hiking the designated trails in the Smokies—amazing views, for real! we had a wild time at the Cherokee Fish and Game Management. The spacious rooms and super comfy beds at the hotel were perfect for our post-adventure chill sessions.
Just one thing though, it would be super cool if they had a more happening nightlife scene for us young party animals! .

The breakfast options were delicious, the staff was friendly and welcoming, and the bed in the handicapped room was at a suitable height.
Felt like royalty, nothing to complain about.

the rooms are clean and quiet, and the hotel is close enough to the casino. the location is good - with a wendy's nearby, and the breakfast included is a plus.
Couldn't recommend more.

I had a fantastic stay at a hotel near Cherokee Village center that offered great value for money. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the area, making me feel right at home. The comfort of the room and feeling safe and welcomed were top-notch. I especially enjoyed the perfect pool temperature and the availability of pool towels. The hotel had everything I needed, including free Wi-Fi, on-site parking, and a 24-hour reception. The indoor swimming pool was a highlight, allowing me to swim year-round.
That the mattresses on the bed were uncomfortable, leaving me sore for three days after my stay.

we stayed at smoky mountain inn & suites and had a great experience. the rooms were spacious and clean, perfect for a snowy day in the mountains. the staff was friendly and the location was convenient for exploring the area. the hotel also had a pool and hot tub available until 11pm, although we didn't have a chance to use them.
Couldn't find any faults at all 🙌
